We are a water well drilling company located in Richland, WA with a license to drill anywhere in Washington, Oregon and Idaho.

Our Vision.

We are a family owned business looking to provide quality work at a competitive price. We believe in hard work and honest working relationships with our customers. We know that when you're looking to get a well dug that you want it done quickly but most importantly you want it done well. It is our vision that this can be completed with proper time management, a strong work ethic and the right equipment for the job.

Meet the Team

We are a husband and wife team. Forest worked for a drilling company for several years where he gained a lot of knowledge and experience. His previous employer was deciding to retire and it became the perfect opportunity to do something that we had been thinking about.

We have been a couple since 2002 and with Jenny's 10+ years in clerical work and Forest's 15+ years in drilling we thought it was about time we took the leap and started our own business. Our first job was in February of 2019 the year of "snowmageddon" and Forest went to Wilbur, WA on a farm all on his own and worked long, hard and freezing cold hours to complete that job.

We were nervous to say the least but seeing how hard Forest worked and knowing the kind of man he is, there has never been a doubt that we did the right thing.

There have been a lot of lessons learned throughout this adventure but neither of us would change it for the world.

We know that we couldn't have done any of this without the support of our family, friends and mentors in the industry.

The Driller

Our Driller Forest Hoopes has worked in the drilling Industry for over 18 years.

He is a licensed driller in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. He has had training in HAZMAT, RAD Worker II, Well Driller Rigging Safety, Class 8 Forklift, First Aid/CPR, MSHA Training, Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead training and Hazardous Waste.

Forest is extremely dependable and takes pride in knowing he is doing the job correctly for the customer and he doesn't believe in taking risks or cutting corners just to save a buck. Often times he spends a lot of time on the phone with people that seek his professional advise in well planning and proper construction. He has enjoyed getting to know many of the other drillers in the area and and creating bonds that only other small businesses can really understand.

Being an owner operator is no small feat and he works tirelessly to make sure those around him are taken care of.

The Owner

Jenny is the office manager, biller, receptionist, HR, social media director, marketing manager and even the "Driller's Helper" when needed.

Jenny works hard to keep this company operating successfully and has learned so much since opening the business.

Jenny works closely with the engineering companies, city management and individual customers to make sure the goal is met.

Often times Jenny doesn't get to actually meet the customers in person so it's always an added bonus when it actually does happen.

The Team Leader

She is our biggest cheerleader, our motivational speaker and the reason to create a happy and healthy work-life balance.
